Terms of Service

What we provide

We sell a finished one-page website, not access to a website builder. You choose a template and pay once ($100). You then send us your business details and files in your order page. Our team builds your website from the template, puts it online and sends you the live link. You do not edit or publish the site yourself.

What is included and not included is described on the offer page. Work outside that scope (more pages, online shops, booking systems, other integrations, ongoing edits) is not part of an order and can be quoted separately.

Ordering and your account

You order through our checkout, where payment is handled by our payment provider. An order exists only after the payment provider has confirmed your payment to us. Showing a confirmation page in your browser is not proof of payment.

We create an account for the email address you used at checkout. You sign in with a link sent to that address, so please use an address you control and keep your access private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

You must give accurate details and be able to enter into a contract under the law that applies to you.

What you give us

You provide the text, images, logo, links and other material we need, through your order page or by message. You confirm that you have the right to use that material on your website and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights. See the Acceptable Use Policy and Intellectual Property and Licensing.

Delivery times depend on you sending what we need. Please reply when we ask for more information.

Delivery, revisions and acceptance

Cancellations and refunds

See the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that applies to you.

Our responsibility and its limits

We will build your website with reasonable skill and care and as described on the offer page. We cannot promise business results, search-engine rankings, visitor numbers or that a website will be available without interruption, because those depend on factors outside our control.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost business. These limits do not apply to anything that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, including liability for fraud or deliberate wrongdoing and any right you have as a consumer.

Suspension and ending

We may refuse, pause or stop work, and take a delivered website offline, if an order or its content breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, is unlawful, or if a payment is reversed. If we end an order for a reason that is not your fault, we will handle any refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

How we handle personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version has a number and a date at the top of the page. A change applies to orders placed after it is published; it does not change an order you have already placed unless the law requires it or you agree. We record the version of each policy you accept at checkout.
