How an order moves
- Your order is created after the payment provider confirms payment.
- You send your details and files in your order page. You can save and come back. If we need more, we ask you there and the order shows that it is waiting for you.
- Our team builds your website from the template you chose.
- We check it, put it online on our hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and send you the live link. The order then shows as delivered.
- You can confirm that you are happy, which completes the order, or ask for changes.
Timing
We aim to deliver within 3–5 business days after we have everything we need from you. This is a target, not a guarantee, and it depends on you sending complete details and replying to our questions. We will tell you in your order page if we expect a delay.
Revisions
2 rounds of revisions are included. After delivery, send a revision request from your order page and describe the change. A revision refines the agreed one-page scope; new pages, new features, a different design direction or content you have not yet supplied are changes in scope and can be quoted separately.
Acceptance
An order is complete when you confirm it in your order page. We do not treat silence as acceptance. If you have not confirmed and have no change requests, we may contact you to ask whether you are happy.
Handover, hosting and domains
We hand over the live link to your website. Your website is published on a hosting account we manage on Cloudflare Pages.
The length of time we host a delivered website, and whether and how a custom domain name is connected, are not fixed in this version of these terms; we confirm them with you for your order. If this matters to you, ask us before you buy. A custom domain name is registered by you with a registrar of your choice.
